About Us
The Exceptional Family Resource Center (EFRC) is a community-based collaborative agency, staffed by parents and professionals. It is designed to serve families of individuals with special needs by providing a broad continuum of information, education, and support. EFRC is one of 14 Family Empowerment Centers on Disability in the State of California. Services and supports are offered in English and Spanish. EFRC Services information sheet
