"Keeping the Lanterman Promise" (KTLP) is a place where people with developmental disabilities, and their families and friends can find out what is happening to the Lanterman Act in clear, candid, no-nonsense terms. By coming together and sharing information, we can be a part of an effort to restore, defend, and preserve the Lanterman Promise. KTLP was created by family members and friends of people with developmental disabilities, who are clients of California's 21 regional centers. This survey is the first one attempted in California by RC family members to reach out to other family members and ask their opinions about this important area of their lives. Please take a moment to participate in their
online survey and then follow on their website if you believe people with developmental disabilities and their families need a greater voice in what goes on in your region and in Sacramento. The goal of this online community is to Inform, Educate, Connect and Inspire.
